Grace Period Policy

Hey, gorgeous! We totally get it, sometimes traffic is traffic-ing and time slips away. We always try to be understanding, but to keep things running smoothly (and make sure everyone gets the appointment they need), here's the deal:

 

5 Minute Grace Period

We allow a 5 minute grace period for all appointments, no stress!

Running Late?

If you're past the 5 minute mark, please reach out as soon as possible. If the schedule allows, we may be able to move your appointment down and still take you. Communication is key!

Appointments 15 Minutes or Shorter

If you're more than 5 minutes late, we'll need to reschedule. There's just not enough time to make the magic happen and we want to ensure your results are flawless.

Appointments 20-25 Minutes

If you're running 10 minutes late or more, we won't have enough time to complete your service the way it deserves. We'll need to reschedule so we can give you the full Prima experience.

Appointments Over 25 Minutes

If you're 5-15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service based on timing and what is possible. If you're 15+ minutes late, we'll do our best to accommodate what we can depending on your service and our schedule, but a reschedule or cancellation fee may apply.
