Cancellation  Policy

We totally understand that plans change, no hard feelings! All we ask is that you give at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we have time to offer that spot to someone else. Last minute cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on your total service cost.

 

Rescheduling Policy

If we're able to move your appointment to a different time on the same day, the cancellation fee will be waved. Rescheduling to a new date may result in a fee depending on notice and availability.

No-Show Policy

We know things don't always go as planned, but if you miss your appointment without notice, it's considered a no-show. Since that time was reserved just for you (and we could've filled it with another Prima babe), the cancellation fee of 50% of your service will apply. We still love you, just let us know next time!

If there's an emergency or something truly out of your control causing a cancellation or no-show, just reach out and we'll always handle it with understanding.​
